Des is a positive figure with in our military veteran community, after a career in both the British Army (both regular and reserves). In total he spent 9 years in the Royal Engineers and 7 years the Special Forces Unit 23 SAS(r).
Since leaving the military he has Founded and grown a Service business that now employees 18 people, the majority of the team are from the military community. Des and his team have also provided over 50,000 days of education to children in conflict zones.
Des regularly speaks to young adults from disadvantaged backgrounds a positive focus on 'Post Traumatic-Growth' and the 'Power of Positive Habits'.
He splits his time between living on the Wirral with his family and London where he conducts his business.
Des has a passion for adventure, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and fitness.
